Beautiful room available for a single person in Bethnal Green E2 location. The Flat is on the 3rd floor of a secure location directly on the Regents Canal, with views of Victoria Park and the Olympic Park in the distance. The room also comes with a very large bathroom just across the hall and will be all your own. No sharing the bathroom!

This is a flat share with one other couple (me and my wife) only. We are 2 professionals who work through the day, spend most week nights in and weekends out or travelling. Ideally we are looking for a single person to live with. We have lived in this flat for almost 9 years and we have filled the flat quite a lot. No furniture is required (or could fit) so this is probably better suited for a single with not much furniture or stuff.

There is a spacious living / dining / TV area and the kitchen is very large, modern and well organised. There is also a secure off street car park included should you have a car. Our previous flatmate has been here for almost 3 years and has just moved out to be closer to his girlfriend. The couple who were in this room previously had been here for almost 10 years and only (reluctantly) decided move out as they were buying a house. Once you see the room and flat you will want to move in immediately!

The rest of the house and shared areas are spacious, modern and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. No furniture will be required as its all here.

Transport links to the flat are excellent being situated directly in between Bethnal Green and Mile End stations and with several 24 hour bus connections almost to the front door. Only a 30 minute walk / 15 minute bus ride to Liverpool Street station.

Would probably best suit a professional single / couple. But well mannered students are welcome to apply.
