balcony (private) and roof terrace (shared) have amazing views over the city and canary wharf, amazing flat for hosting friends.

You will be sharing with two friends - professionals in their twenties, both gay men, vibe in flat is a friendly calm space.

I'm moving out to start my PhD but will miss this flat - hard to find this quality of space in such a central location.

Move-in is August 10th - but there is some flexibility to move this earlier.

All bills come to around £100-150 a month
