A beautiful flat in a beautiful location - in Coal Drops Yard. The flat is a new build.
The flat is just a few minutes walk to London King's Cross underground station, King's Cross St Pancras International and, of course, Eurostar.
Viewing is recommended, the pictures do not do the flat and location justice.
Most suitable for:
Final year undergraduate student
Postgraduate student
International student
A little about me: I'm a teacher from London. I'm happy to take my time to find the right person for the flat. I'm looking for an easy going and friendly person to share this 2 bedroom flat. My previous tenant has told me that the flat is much nicer in person than the pictures present and I agree. My pictures aren't professional but the idea is to give you a very realistic idea of the flat. It is a very bright flat with floor-to-ceiling windows that welcomes a lot of light during all seasons.
The flat is less than two minutes away from the nearest bus stop and there is a lot to do in this area. With the Coal Drops Yard shops and the UAL only 1 minute away, a beautifully landscaped secret garden complete with a flowing water fountain, and Lewis Cubitt Park on the doorstep, you've got multiple choices regarding how you want to enjoy the seemingly endless open spaces.
I'm taking my time to find the right person for the flat because I really feel that it is important that the living environment is peaceful and friendly. So, for the person that moves in, whether you're the type that likes to keep a quiet environment and not socialise or someone that likes to have a chat and socialise with those you live with, it will be respected.
One thing I am grateful for is the chance to just unwind by going to one of the local amenities or walking by the canal. The area is a lot more beautiful than people realise, with some natural green (and blue) spaces - it's not just full of new stores, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. One of the things I enjoyed most during the summer was the Everyman cinema on the Canal. Watching a movie whilst sitting by the banks of the canal is very therapeutic!
Bills that are included are: Internet, electricity, water and heating (there's no gas in the property)
Students are exempt from council tax.
