This extremely spacious double room is furnished with a big sofa, desk, drawers, large cupboards and double bed.

The flat is opposite Holloway Rd Station (picadilly line) and a 10 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station (overground & Victoria line). Only 2 stops from Kings Cross station. Holloway road also has lots of restaurants and coffee shops etc.

I am a live-in landlord but will be away from January until March and depending on work I may be away throughout the year. I am really used to sharing my space and am looking for someone that I can be comfortable around and who will love the place like their own when I am away. When I’m not working I spend a lot of time at the property but I am mostly in my room drawing during the day and watching movies by night.

Ideally looking for Women, Non-binary or queer individuals but am open to consider queer couples (for increased fee). Looking for someone who doesn't work from home full-time, but this isn't a dealbreaker.

I mostly enjoy listening to music and doing art in my time off. I enjoy going to see friends, exhibitions, gigs in my spare time but I am definitely not a partier. I prefer to keep visitors to a minimum and aim to keep the home as a space to unwind. So I am looking for a chilled personality that's looking for somewhere comfortable and quiet (minus neo soul playing whilst I cook).

Shared spaces are the bathroom, kitchen and hallway. The bathroom pictured is shared with myself - and my long-distance partner when they stay for a couple months in summer. I pay for a cleaner to clean the whole property twice a month but in between this time I like for the shared spaces to be kept pretty clean and organised. There is a communal garden for the building, but we are also super close to many parks and arsenal stadium. Ideal for when you want to be outside!

Open to well trained pets but may require a slightly higher deposit. Open to discussion :)
