Looking for a professional female housemate, who is preferably also a lawyer/doctor/finance professional
, to replace an outgoing tenant from 19 February 2024. Must be willing to take the lease until 18 February 2025 (there is room for flexibility). Its a great place to live, good price for the location (which is very central) and the room/ensuite size, and the landlord is local and a great guy. (Apologies for the photo quality - I took stills from the video originally sent to us by the agent, a snippet of which has also been uploaded).

Its a 3 bedroom townhouse, with a mature garden, close to Mornington Crescent, Camden Town and Kings Cross tube stations. It’s has all modern updates and is energy efficient. There are also buses nearby that get into the City within 30mins. Each bedroom is on its own floor and the available room is on the 2nd floor. The room itself is very spacious with a king size bed, and it has a large ensuite. Given the structure of the house, its easy for everyone to have their own privacy and we also benefit from the shared kitchen and outdoor space (which is particularly nice in the summer) for the times we want to socialise.

Only message if interested for the whole period please - we are not open to any short term lets as are looking to renew our existing lease until February 2025. FYI the landlord will also have his own reference / credit check process to follow.
