Hello, I'm looking for another person to share my flat.
It is a lovely two bedroom top floor flat, with lots of natural light and views of the treetops. The photos were taken on a gloomy day and at night, but the sun does shine in from windows all around. There is also a south facing roof terrace looking onto the big gardens at the back. It has fast and easy transport links all over London, and walking distance to shops.

I travel a lot and am away from home very often, so I need someone responsible who can take care of the place. You would have the whole flat to yourself a couple of weeks a month on average.

I'm pretty quiet and use my room for writing when I'm at home. I'm also a medical herbalist and like to live chemical free and generally healthily. I'm not fanatic about it though.. Someone who could fit with that kind of lifestyle would be great.

Electricity and gas are on top-up meters, so when I am away they would be your responsibility. We would split the cost when I'm home. For a contribution to council tax, water and broadband its an extra £150 a month.
