A small but not tiny double room with separate wardrobe, in a modern (2008) 2 bedroom flat. We have a living room, with balcony, and kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. Bathroom has a shower over the bath. It's about a 10 minute walk to King's Cross station. We are a friendly couple working and studying in art/architecture. The flat is step free, and the doors are 80cm wide. We will give preference to anyone who would benefit from the accessibility. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Central Saint Martins or London School of Architecture students as we teach there.
