I'm thinking about subletting my 1 bed flat while my husband and I go back to Australia to visit family for 5 weeks (cost of living and all that!)

The dates are 5/12– 11/1 and it would be £1600 for the 5 weeks (which isn't the full cost but will help!) including all bills, wifi, tv licence, netflix etc. Also includes a cleaner twice during the stay (tbc as I need to check her holiday dates). It's a ground floor flat between Dalston/Canonbury/Newington Green/De Beauvoir, bus stops just outside and has garden space.

As our personal items will still be here (although will pack up as much as possible) I'd like to meet a potential sub-letter first and set up a deposit system, but it would be a great space for someone just arriving in London or here temporarily or in between places.
