My name is Emma, I'm an Italian student doing a master in Art and Science at Central St. Martins. I enjoy cooking, working out (I do aerial dancing), and a nice and chilled house party. My room is larger so I pay slightly more rent. I am very clean and tidy, and I'm looking for someone kind and friendly that shares my desire for the communal spaces to be well kept and clean.

A double room with a chest of drawers. Small but sweet with a large window facing south, which means it is very light during the day. There is also plenty of storage space in the communal area and bathroom.

The flat:
A lovely 2 bed flat, with 1 bathroom and a kitchen/communal area. It is surrounded by greenery and off the main road which means it is quiet. The flat comes with a washing machine/drier and a dishwasher.

The Landlord/ Agency is incredibly responsive, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and they are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
