Looking for a lodger for our spare room in our family house. I own the house and live there with my 13 year old daughter, we are both relaxed and friendly. The rent is inclusive of bills including Council Tax.

The room is bright and airy, overlooking the garden. The house is in Stoke Newington close to Newington Green, 73 and 476 bus routes on the doorstep (go directly to Angel), and the 393 bus a few minutes walk (goes to Highbury and Islington station within 5 minutes). Canonbury station 10 minutes walk and the 141 bus route is also a short walk which goes directly into the city. It takes a little over half an hour to reach central London and 20 mins to Shoreditch.

We also have two fluffy cats cats Bessie and Suki. The top floor of the house is also rented as a separate space, you won't be sharing any space with them but might see them in the hallway/ shared entrance.

It is our family house and we are looking to rent the spare room to someone easy-going who is comfortable being around a young teen and cats, and who is independent and has their own life in London. No couples, sorry.
