Gorgeous furnished double bedroom flat with garden, within walking distance from Finsbury Park station. Available for 3 weeks (from 24/25th December 2024 - 17th January 2025) (£500 per week). Ideal for an individual or couple.  

The flat:
I am looking for someone (or a couple), to take care of my home for 3 weeks while I am away! I am looking for individuals who will respect the space, and my neighbours. I am keen to find someone who will enjoy the space as much as I do, however if you are looking to have wild parties this will not be the place for you!

The flat has a large kitchen (complete with washing machine and dishwasher) and lounge, a generous double bedroom and 2 gardens (ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and breakfast at the weekends). The flat is bright, and comes furnished - the bedroom includes a double bed and wardrobe. 

Local amenities:
The flat is a peaceful haven in zone two, close to a range of independent restaurants, coffee shops, bars and pubs. The transport links are excellent; the flat is a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station (for the Victoria & Piccadilly lines, Thameslink which takes you into Moorgate in less than 15 minutes and Old Street in 12 minutes) and 1 minutes from Crouch Hill Overground.

We are minutes from the lovely pubs and independent restaurants on Stroud Green Road - the Old Dairy, Faltering Fullback, Bacchus and of course Pappagones Pizzeria, to name just a few! If that's not enough to tempt you (did someone say Rowans?!), Crouch End is just up the road. We're also lucky enough to have Sainsbury’s (1 minutes walk) and Tesco’s a short walk away (less than 5 minutes).

Checks may be conducted in my absence
Parking is available, however requires permits which I can order in advance if required (cost to be confirmed upon request to the council)
