This is a self-contained studio (separate bath and kitchen, and balcony) in a beautiful area 15 minutes from Kings Cross.

Due to work I will be out of town till April 1st.
(In the unique situation that I have work in London, I would be willing to consider reducing rent, if this aligns with any trips you might have, but for the moment this is not scheduled.)

The price is listed without utilities, which is around 150 prior to your usage of heat. it usually lands at around 60 in the winter months, but I am out all day and in the habit of turning it off as it quickly warms up..
