Hello, I am relocating to Edinburgh at the end of September, and we are looking for someone who can take over my room. We are looking for a professional/mature student aged 28-35. No couples.
This is a house on 3 floors, comprising a garden, a living room area, a dining room, a kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 shower room. There are 3 bedrooms.
We expect the incoming flatmate to sublet the room from the end of September until November 1st, when the individual can take on the lease with the other two flatmates. The deposit of £690 will be paid when the lease is signed in November.
The rent from October 1st to November 1st is £680. However, this may increase to £720 from November 1st onwards with the new lease agreement.
The lease can be renewed at the beginning of May.
You will be living with Alistair and Ali. Alistair works in the neuroscience field and travels to Oxford once a week (usually on Mondays) to work in the office, and he works at home the rest of the week. He is engaged in sports and outdoor activities. Ali works in the film industry and loves to spend time keeping active.
On a monthly basis, these are the bills for the household:
- council tax: £200 ca.
- electricity: £150 ca.
- internet: £35 ca.
Potential additional bills include a gardener twice a year and a regular cleaner if desired.
The water bill is included in the rent.
Thanks,
Ele
