Hello, our beloved flatmate is vacating his room and we are looking for someone who can be a good fit for this household early May. We are looking for a professional/mature student, preferably age 28-35. No couples.

This is a house on 3 floors, comprising a garden, living room area, dining room, kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 shower room. There are 3 bedrooms.

We expect the incoming flatmate to be part of the contract, which is due to renew beginning of May and put a £600 deposit.

You will be living with myself and Joe. I work in sustainability consultancy and Joe is a PhD students in Neuroscience. We like to socialise and when we are home, we like to hang out, cook, watching movies and solve puzzles.

We are looking for a like minded individual.

On a monthly basis, these are the bills for the household:
- council tax: £200 ca.
- electricity: £150 ca.
- internet: £35 ca.

Potential additional bills include gardener twice a year and regular cleaner if desired.

Water bill is included in the rent.
