I’m looking for someone to take over my lease that ends on September 20th 2020.

I had just moved in but found a place super close to work, so i’ll be moving there instead!

Its a large room big enough for a study, wardrobe and a dressing table - all furniture provided. The pictures are from the previous flatmate and myself, and you can pretty much shift the furniture in any orientation you like to make it work for you.

The flat is convenient, with several bus stops 5 mins walk away, Haggerston Overground a 7 min walk away, Hoxton nearby and Old Street about 15 mins walk away Liverpool Station is a couple bus stops away as well. Theres an Iceland, Poundland, Tesco and Sainsbury nearby as well!!

Kitchen is well equipped with communal items for cooking but you can purchase your own. Theres no living area though!!

Flatmates respect each other’s privacy but are really really nice and helpful, and rarely cook, so you can get the kitchen to yourself!
