Hi,

I am looking to let a room in my 3 bedroom flat. The flat is located between Russell Square and Holborn tube stations (less than 5 minute walk) and close to the British Museum. It is at walking distance from several University campuses (LSE, UCL, SOAS, LSHTM, KCL Strand campus, Birbeck) and there is a bus stop very close to the flat (buses 168, 68, 59, 91 and 188). The area is full of restaurants and cafes and is very lively and safe at any hour of the day or night.

The flat was refurbished a few years ago. It has a spacious living room with TV, a kitchen with dish-washer and washing machine, a bathroom and a toilet. The living room at the back of the flat has a view on a quiet garden to which residents have access and there is also a small balcony.

The room is furnished with a single bed (there is an option to fit a double bed if you prefer), bedside table, bedside lamp, large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, desk, chair and desk lamp. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

I am preferably looking for a female graduate student, reliable, clean and friendly, who will look after the room and the flat as if it were her own!
