we are currently looking for a new tenant for the second room in the house.
It is a really bright room in a three bedroom flat very close to London Bridge station.
The area is very quiet and green as it is surrounded by gardens.
It is also extremely close to pubs , bars , grocery shops and more; it has also very recently been refurnished with a new kitchen, new carpets and a new living room floor.
The price is :
£800 monthly and £900deposit,
gas and electricity are are included in the £800 so we usually spend around £20/£30 each per month.
Broadband wi-fi, council tax and water included!!
Looking for a respectful person who cleans after kitchen, bathroom and common rooms when needed.
Non smokers allowed.
