Flatmate: You'll be sharing with one other flatmate, Enrique. He’s friendly, easygoing, and tends to keep to himself.
Rental Information:

Dates: The room is available from February 1 to March 15 (6 weeks total). I’m happy to be flexible with the dates if needed—just let me know!

Renewal Option: This is for the remainder of the current contract, but if you’d like to stay longer, you can renew the contract yourself (possibly with Enrique, for you both to discuss).
