Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a considerate, mid-aged professional—ideally male—who commutes to a London office from Monday to Friday. The ideal lodger is someone who appreciates cleanliness and tidiness and can move in soon.

You’ll be lodging with a friendly male professional (myself), I’ll have the flat to myself during the weekends when my children stay over.

The available room is a large double in a new build flat near Old Street/Hoxton/Shoreditch . The flat is spacious with an open-plan kitchen and shared living room, located in a quiet and safe area with a nice balcony (no parking available). The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, and drawers, and the bathroom will be yours to use Monday - Friday, as I’ll be using the en-suite in my room.

I’m in the process of furnishing the flat, but if you’d like to bring your own bed or furniture, that’s perfectly fine too.

Rent includes all bills, and payments are to be made in advance at the end of each month for the coming month. A £1,000 deposit is required.
