I’m looking for someone to to rent my large double room in a great flat, available from early April.

About the room:

- 2.5 bedroom flat - the second double is occupied, but the small room serves as a shared office
- Jointly owned by me and the other current flatmate, who will remain in the flat. He's friendly, but also happy to keep to himself/give you your own space.
