There is a communal lounge area with tv in the loft conversion and a dining table too.

Furnished with white wardrobes and chest of drawers, chairs and small desk, double bed black leather headboard and two seater sofa.
Freesat tv has been installed to view on a 42 inch screen.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1000. The balance of the deposit £800 is payable on the day you move in before you move in.
