My flatmates are moving out so I am looking for someone to replace him.
There is a double room available that is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, night table, closet, and drawers.
A single room with a bed, a night table, drawers, and a full-body mirror is also available.
The flat is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave, and stove with oven. As well as a TV in the living room.
As mentioned before, there is a common area consisting of the living room and kitchen in an open floor configuration, with a table in the kitchen and two sofas in the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows to let plenty of light through.
The flat is conveniently located in Spitalfields, a five-minute walk from Aldgate, Aldgate East, and Liverpool St, and a fifteen-minute stroll to Tower Hill and Shoreditch. We are really well connected to most universities, such as UCL, LSE, KCL, and ICL.
The broadband and water are included; we pay for electricity and gas.
I am a Mexican who studied his MSc at UCL and is currently working. I am looking for someone who is, ideally, a student. Someone tidy and clean, as we share the cleaning duties around the apartment. We like to go out or have dinner together, so we are looking for someone who can complement our vibe and gets along pretty well.
