Room available Monday-Friday in a large, new build 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which is fitted with high spec kitchen and bathroom, spacious living area and balcony overlooking the amazing Regent’s Canal.


Under 10 minutes walking distance to Angel and Old Street station. Walk to Chancery Lane, Liverpool Street and Bank in under 30 minutes.

Looking for a professional who is both happy to have their own private space, but also happy to join us for a meal/ some wine! Ideally looking for a longer term Mon-Fri rent - we can provide storage when not using the room.

Matt is away 2 weeks every month so you would be sharing with one person half the time.

Room is available from 1 June. We are flexible regarding date however, and viewings can start at any time.
