Hi,

I have a spacious double room to let as part of a 5bed house.

The room is furnished and on the 2nd floor. It has a duvet + double bed, desk/chair and 2 large wardrobes along with a chest, and there is plenty storage space in other areas of the house. The house has both a front and a fairly large back garden. There are 2 bathrooms - on the ground and 2nd floor. The kitchen has the oven, microwave, 2 fridges, kettle etc. and other household amenities.

The house is just a 2min walk to Whitechapel station, and 5mins to Aldgate East. It is well connected to central London and other places by the bus/overground. There are also many lovely parks and green spaces a few mins walk away.
It is safe to walk back alone late at night, as the house is just off the main road so its not secluded.

The existing flatmates are clean, lively and sociable international students who are completing their undergrad at LSE. Im looking for a female occupant to sublet the room.

I will be away over the summer, so the room is available for move in from 20th June - 27th August 2022, as that is when the contract ends.
