We’re subletting our beautiful double room in our super central flat on Whitecross. For your stay, you’ll have full access to the furniture in the room.

The location is amazing - just a 7-minute walk to Old Street tube station, 9 minutes to Barbican tube station, 13 minutes to the Elizabeth Line, and 2 minutes to bus routes 55 and 253. The street is usually very quiet (and very safe!) but has a lovely midday street market with food from around the world.

You’ll also have everything you need within a 5-minute walk: Aldi, Waitrose, Tesco, gyms (Virgin Active, Energie Fitness, Gymbox, Nuffield Health), restaurants, cafés, the Barbican (cinema, concerts, riverfront café and restaurant, exhibitions, botanical garden conservatory), nail salons, and more.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two lovely girls in their mid twenties, so we’re looking for a female tenant.

Because the house is located between restaurants, it’s not unusual for mice to be around outside in this part of central London. Since the building is old, an occasional little visitor may find its way in through the exterior wall. However, this happens very rarely - usually no more than once or twice a year - and only ever affects the kitchen. Your bedroom is on the top floor and has always remained unaffected. Please consider if this is a dealbreaker before moving out. 💕
