It would be my advice that wherever you may choose to live, meet the landlord face to face before committing!
I live 10mins away from my properties so I can respond to any issues personally.
I do my own house improvement & maintenance so can offer quick fixes without the delay of waiting for a tradesman.
However, if I’m not available, I have reliable tradesmen who also live locally to deal with any house related issues in the unlikely event they are needed.

Deposit: I ask for £250 per person, which will be kept in a Deposit Protection Scheme.
Theres a free coffee & slice of cake when we meet to sign contracts

This is a high quality house share, so ideally looking for 2nd, 3rd year students, PHD, Masters degree, work placements, international students etc. & working professionals but all welcome to view!
