Hello! I'm currently advertising the downstairs double bedroom, which comes with furnishings.

The bathroom and kitchen are brand new and feature a washing machine and dishwasher. There's also a washing line in the garden to the back of the property.

I work full time, Monday-Friday, and alternate between early and late shifts by the week. So ideally looking for someone who isn't making much noise in the evenings. When I'm at home I would say I'm mostly in my bedroom or in the kitchen. I'm looking to maintain a quiet and calm environment so would not welcome large social gatherings or parties.

Someone who is able to clean up after themselves would also be essential and it's possible there could be a cleaning rota in place for that.

There will be two people living here including myself and we are both full time professionals. However the second person doesn't reside at the residence that much and doesn't take up any space in the kitchen. So you will essentially be sharing with one other person (me).

The council tax, which is Band B, is factored into the rent, so the only extra pay is utility bills (internet, gas/electricity, water). I estimate these will come to around £50 per month per person.

Contract would be a lodger's agreement on a rolling month-to-month basis.

This would be ideal for someone who is looking for a clean and quiet place to put their head down.
