Hello everyone

I am looking to offer the spare bedroom in my newly renovated home in Loughborough to a friendly and respectful human.

I have been renovating the house over the past 2 years and currently live here with my dog Zizou who is a very good boy.

The house is fully furnished, you’ll have the full use of the kitchen, we have a garden, plenty of parking and storage.
There is a 3rd bedroom which can be used as a study. You’ll only be sharing with myself.

The room has an in built wardrobe, and can come unfurnished if you’d like to bring your own bed and mattress.

I welcome anyone who is reasonably tidy, sociable and dog friendly.

I work long hours and often spend the weekends away playing gigs as a session drummer.
