If you’re looking for student accommodation in the heart of Loughborough and to be surrounded by shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, then you might have just found the one for you.

I am Hope, currently a tenant in this 5-bed flat. Because I will be moving out in June, I am in search of someone who wants to move in (early move in possible).
The flat is quite spacious and fully furnished with two fridges and freezers, dishwasher, hob and oven, water boiler, toaster and microwave. There is a shared TV in the living area and comfortable seats and stools for the kitchen bar.
If you’re looking to live independently, this room exudes just that with a cozy en-suite bathroom just for you. The room is furnished with a double bed that has storage space underneath. A fine wooden reading table with swivel chair and hanging plank to support books or decorations. And a wooden wardrobe and extra drawer storage that is not included in the photos. The open black metal and wooden clothing rack is mine, however I am looking to sell if you are interested in it. It supports most of my clothes and shoes as you can see from the photos.
The accommodation also has a free laundry and drying facility for the tenants and a gym available to all. Not forgetting the beautiful private terrace with chairs where you can relax at and the bike storage shed.
Housekeeping comes in to clean the flat once a week. The flatmates are cool out-going and fun people ✨
Loughborough Uni is a bare 10/15 minutes walk away from the accommodation. Tesco/Sainsbury/Iceland/Poundland/Tk Maxx/JD/Boots etc are all in a short distance of approximately 5-8 minutes away. The street market is open every Thursdays and Saturdays with all kinds of vendors, antiques, and food trucks. Echo, Firefly club are around the centre as well.
I absolutely love my room and I’ve had an amazing time in Loughborough but my boyfriend and I will be moving in together out of the country. It was a great find and truly my own space so I hope you too will like it as much as I do.
Because I am moving out of the country there are a bunch of other stuff like cooking pots and pans, plates etc that could be yours if you want.
