Two rooms for rent in a nice 3-bed end of terrace house with large garden and patio. The house is entirely renovated and furnished to high standard. The house is very well situated, just 15-20 minutes walk to University campus, 15 minutes walk to town centre. The bus to the airport stops nearby. Train station is 25-30 minutes walk or a short 7 minutes car/taxi ride. There is off road parking.

It is a two floors house. Bedrooms and bathroom in the upstairs floor. Living room, kitchen and toilet in the ground floor.

The double room is large, with large Ikea wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed-side table and bed. The single room is smaller, with a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and clothes rail. The third bedroom is currently furnished as a study room, which you will be able to use, with desk, chair, bookcase and lamp.
The bathroom was recently renovated with shower, modern basin and toilet. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

You will be able to use all the furniture and facilities of the house, including kitchen appliances, TV, and so on.

I am a University lecturer, and will be away on sabbatical, so you will have the house for you almost all the time.

I am looking for mature students or professionals that can take good care of the house, as it is the house where I live. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. The rooms can be rented separately or jointly by a couple.
