I am looking for some to join me in a cosy flat.

- Bath/shower with separate toilet...so no waiting. 

- Large living room with large TV and Sky Q, Netflix etc, dining table, and access to the balcony which overlooks the rear/garden.

Situated on a quiet street that is only a 5-10 minutes walk to Queen's Park Station (Bakerloo line and London Overground) and a 10 minutes walk from Westbourne Park (Circle & Hammersmith and City line). 

Also a 5-10 min walk to the local parks, Kilburn High St is accessible by foot, and approximately 7 mins by bus. There are also many bus routes which provide easy access to parts of West London and Central London including Paddington, Baker St, Euston, Marble Arch, Oxford Street, Green Park, Victoria, Piccadilly Circus and Charing Cross. 

Local shops are only a minutes walk away and a Marks and Spencer's is a 5-10 minute walk (right opposite Queens Park Station). There are a couple of Sainsbury's Local's and a Tesco Metro nearby too.

About me? I am a friendly, relaxed and social person who enjoys going out, travelling and also appreciate everyone needs their own quiet time, but are happy to share a bottle of something in front of the TV after a long day or week.

I am looking for someone who will consider the flat their home rather than a place to crash and see us as friends rather than just flatmates.
