My friend and I have decided to explore a new part of town so my room will be available from 9 August 2019.

I will be sad to leave as my current room is a large double master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, lots of storage, its own functioning TV and comes with a beautiful view of Elgin Avenue. The flat is modern and has been recently refurbished, and has lots of modern fittings. There are two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), a washing machine, dish washer, oven and gas hob, gas radiators and a TV in the living room. With the flat comes access to a park-like communal garden and the flat is just a 1 minute walk from Maida Vale station, from which you can get to Oxford Circus in 12 minutes.

The current tenants are two lovely girls who are currently studying for their law qualifications - as they are quite mature for their age both students and young professionals will get on well with them. The landlord is also incredibly easy to deal with.
