I am leaving my lovely room in a three-bedroom close to Little Venice..
The big living-room, kitchen are shared between us three and the bathroom is shared with one of the flatmates only.

FLATMATES
You will be leaving with two ladies, Sarah and Beatrice, both working professionals.

LOCATION
The location is ideal: a short walk from Warwick Avenue (Maida Vale) station, where you have the Bakerloo Line. Queens Park and Kilburn, where you have the Overground.

The street is very quiet, we have a nice park around the corner, and are just next to Harrow road which has a lot of shops.
One of my favourite things is the Farmers market at Queens Park every Sunday where you can shop for fresh fruits and vegetables or take away some delicious street food !

RENT/COSTS
The rent is £570 per month. Bills come to about £100. The deposit is £500 in a secured scheme.
