Hi,

We live in a friendly houseshare in a very nice flat in Little Venice.

My partner and I are moving out as we are buying our own place so we're looking for a new flatmate or a couple to replace us in our beautiful ensuite bedroom.

The room has its own private bathroom (with bath!), a massive window with view on the park (very quiet!) and it has a lot of closet space. It comes furnished with a comfy bed and a desk.

It is suitable for a single person or for a couple.

It's a big flat with a great living room, and lovely kitchen. The flat is very well taken care of.

You will be sharing the flat with our 2 flatmates, Maria and Alice. Everyone in the house is sociable and enjoys a glass of wine, with spontaneous flat dinners every now and then.

- Maria, 33, Spanish, construction engineer, loves dancing, cooking, and shared meals at home
- Alice, 25, French, international development consultant, loves reading, baking, and going for long bike rides/yoga

We've found the perfect balance between living an independent life and having a great atmosphere in the flat. Maria. & Alice travel often for work and on weekends to see their friends and family; when we're all here we enjoy cooking the occasional dinner as well as having picnics or going for a drink together. We also enjoy some quiet time after a long day at work! Above all, we enjoy having a place we can call home in London.

Transport links are great, it's a 5 minutes walk to Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo line, 20 min to Oxford Circus) and a 15 min walk to Paddington; several different buses stop near the house (right around the corner and down the street). For your weekend and evening activities, we are across the street from the library and a 5 minute walk from the canals of Little Venice!

The room is available from mid-March (this can be discussed as we can move out later if necessary). The contract runs through to October 2020, with possibility of renewing it thereafter; you would be written into the contract which rests with an agency. The property is managed by the agency, so any issues around repairs, etc. get solved by them and paid for by the landlord.
