Large double room available in a 2 bed flat. The flat is about 3 minute walk from Queens Park tube station (with the bakerloo line). Queens Park is a lovely area and the flat is close to coffee shops, cafes, pubs and a park.

The room is of large size, overlooking a large communal garden which we both have access to (providing it's not in use by the church opposite). The room is unfurnished at the moment, but furniture will be sourced before you move in- which includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The armchair in the pic isn't included. (The room can be left unfurnished if you wish).

There is a free parking spot though this is shared between the both of us.

The flat is a nice size for 2 people. There's a large living room with and a small/mediumish size kitchen and bathroom. The flat is across one floor only, but you do need to go up one set of stairs when you come in to access it.

About me- I'm a 29 year old psychologist working in the NHS. I work 9-5 then generally like to come home and relax. I am looking to live with somebody who I get on with/can have an occasional glass of vino with, but also appreciate my own space. Clean and tidy is a must!
The tenancy will be for 6 months, with the possibly of extension. Before move in, you will need the first months rent and deposit. There are no admin fees as the flat is owned by a church opposite the flat. Move in date is flexible.
