We are looking for a nice friendly female to live in this home. The home itself is very nice and respectful and we would like the person to match this property and the home owner (Anita) who lives in this property.

Anita would not like a party person / someone who comes home at all hours of the night. Just someone who is respectful of the space and considerate of the house. Calm, considered and thoughtful.

There is more than one room to choose from, but we are only looking for one person to compliment the house and Anita.

The house itself is spacious, open, very green, charming, benefits from shared and decent WIFI and lots of shared space if needed.

This is an easy place to WFH from and a very charming place to stay.
