I am pretty laid back and looking to rent a room out to someone similar in that way. I am happy for you to treat the house as your own. Have friends over, have BBQs ect.
It's a 5 bed house but only looking to rent 1 room out just as a way of helping pay the bills and upkeep. The house has a lovely kitchen. it is walking distance to the river and 15 min walk to town. Has a mini home gym with a peloton

My parents come visit for a few weeks each year with there dogs. Normally 2/3 weeks in the summer and a couple weeks around Christmas.
