Occupied by myself and my 2 year old, well behaved son. I'm a single mum and share care of him so he will not always be home. We are out most days and keep busy at the weekends, but given the nature if being a toddler it's not always peace and quiet when he is home.

However, the room is an en suite on the top floor of the property so is private.

Access to a large modern kitchen with integrated appliances, shared lounge with BT TV, a garden and an allocated parking space. Bills included, including fast reliable internet.

Flatmate will be subject to a DBS check at my expense, given the nature of a child being in the house.

I am the lead tenant with the landlord living locally who is very accessible and amenable. They will request credit checks.
