Bedroom has extra large wardrobes (hangers & clothes drying rack provided,) blackout blinds & curtains. Double bed with memory foam mattress, 2 bedside tables with lamps either side.
Pretty relaxed house, non smoking.
Housemate to be mindful of others sharing, clean & happy to look after their space. Needs to be willing to clean up after themselves & guests in communal areas.

Live in landlord doesn't share any areas mentioned.

The bedroom has a lock for privacy.
The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge & kettle etc.
TV in the shared living room (room hardly ever used!)

There's a bus stop just across the rd & train station is a 4 min walk (6 mins into M/cr City Centre, similar into Stockport) 👍🏽. Equally Kingsway with access to the motorways is just at the top of the road.
Buses at the top of the rd run every couple of mins directly into Manchester or Stockport. There's a gym at the top of the road (5 min walk), Cinema down the rd in Didsbury (10 min bus ride) Nearest tram (East Didsbury, Parrswood) is there too.
