The current tenant is a lovely 22 year old professional named Beth who I have lived with for 9 months. She’s tidy, friendly and respectful and I’m sad to be moving out but I’ve recently been offered a job outside of Manchester so I will be renting my master bedroom out.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and massive built in wardrobes and one walk in wardobe (which you can’t properly see from the pictures but if you have lots of stuff it’s perfect!)

There is a cosy living room and a spacious dining room with a kitchen leading off from it. It also has ample under stair storage off the dining room. It also has a cosy back yard which is great for BBQ’s in the summer!
