I have a double room available one with ensuite, in my 4 bedroom duplex apartment, it is situated on the 13th & 14th floor of the popular Freshfields development based in blackley, the development has a free on site gym that is included in the rental cost.

I am looking for LGBT community or a girl age between 18 & 40 full time working or studying 9/5 house mate, as this fits well with the other household tenants.

The upper floor has a fully equipped fitted integrated kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, coffee maker.

The dinning area has fantastic panoramic views with ample seating, there is a feature spiral staircase leading to the lower floor.

The lounge area has a black leather sofa and chair with 65” tv.

The lower floor has a breakfast area with kettle, toaster fridge freezer and a communal breakfast table with chairs and a large bathroom with bath & shower.

£420 double en-suite bedroom with double bed, full length mirrored wardrobe bedside table, fridge.

All rooms have just been decorated to a hotel standard and the rooms are as pictured with bedding, which is included, also all rooms have flat screen TVs which includes amazon fire stick, catch up tv, Netflix, instant electric wall heaters, unlimited fast speed WiFi, your room is lockable for your own privacy.

I am looking for aa ideal term of minimum term of 6 months rental nu this is flexible.
When vacating your room 1 months notice or 30 days needs to given.

The bond is the same as the rental cost but in the current situation is flexible and refundable.

All bills are included in the rent and as I am a private landlord I don’t charge any administrative fees.

I would require a work reference, the rooms are not available to DHS.

Local amenities are Asda, Tesco’s (open until midnight), Wilkos, home bargains, restaurants, the area benefits from a 72 Hectare park with lake, if you prefer a gym for the social aspect or enjoy classes Puregym is 5 mins walk away.

The bus stop is situated outside the apartment building and is 4 stops away from Manchester Piccadilly, buses run from 6am half hourly. The train station is a mile away.

The M60 and M62 motorway are 5 minutes from the property.

I am a live in landlord, I am easy going we enjoy a drink but my party days are over, my bedroom is on the upper floor, the apartment is spacious and has an entrances on both levels, I have a small dog called Ozzy he is very friendly, I would request you don’t smoke in your rooms.
