Hi, I'm Aditya, orthopaedic surgeon by profession, working in Manchester. I live in a dully furnished, 2 double bedroom apartment , 2-3 minutes walking distance from Deansgate tram/train station. Its a large spacious place with a balcony, on the third floor. I have been living here since March 2019, so everything is set up. My current flatmate has to move due to, so looking for a professional working individual willing to share the apartment and rent agreement (until August 2020). The flat rent is 485 per head, plus bills and council tax extra. Broadband, electricity and council tax, everything is already set up. Total rental with bills usually comes upto approx 650 pounds per month. There is parking available, however i use it as i usually drive to work and sometimes take the tram. There is Sainsbury and the restaurant area- First Street 1 minute away. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven and mircowave. There is small store room where the washer and dryer is kept.
About myself, I am Indian by origin, working as an orthopaedic surgeon with the NHS. I am a working professional with sometimes erratic timings.(long days and night shifts) . I am quite sociable, sometimes have guests / colleagues come in over free weekends/week days, however currently on advocating lockdown.. I cook once in a while. There is a common living space and kitchen. I am looking for someone who is professional and maintains cleanliness, with a positive mindset and adjustable to each others needs..
