Unfurnished larger bedroom available (you’ll need your own bed, but comes with drawers and inbuilt wardrobe) in sale town centre, 5 minutes walk from either Sale or Brooklands tram stop and 10 minutes drive from the M60 the access routes are great.

Regards the house, the rest is furnished, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, sofas and Tv in the lounge, shared bathroom.

The extra bills are around another £150 a month when split (£55 for council, £20 for water, £40 for gas/electric and £30 for virgin - internet and all channels bar movies.
