About me:
Live in landlord ( I use ground floor flat with my personal kitchen and bathroom ). But I use upstairs drier and oven.
2 flats were converted as 1 house.
Close to all amenities: shops, library, gym, parks, transport( bus and trains), easy commute to City Centre. Frequent bus, every 10 minutes.
No work from home, I preferred, you use your office at least 4 days a week. It’s ok for student studying many days in the week, it’s different from professional work.
Must be disciplined;
NO to:
to drugs, alcohol binging, smoking, no criminal records
Looking for mature students ( 22-30) or young professionals, someone who have 5 days activities outside home. I have a current 34 year old lodger that I am helping for short term rent until May 2024.
So, 1 room is available 0n June for £500/month plus bills.
