I booked this room for next year at University but unfortunately have dropped out, so I need to find a replacement.

Weston Court is owned by Dwell Student Housing.
It is a private room, you share a communal toilet and kitchen with up to 3 others.
It is in the heart of the student district of Fallowfield next to bars, gyms, with Sainsburys a short walk away, and very good bus links to the city and both universities.

You’d have your own bedroom with space to study. In here you’ll find a double wardrobe, shelving and desk space along with under bed storage.

You would share all communal spaces with your flat mates. All flats are inclusive of all bills, this includes your 60mb WiFi and TV licence for the television in your lounge area.
There is an onsite laundry, accommodation team, security, and out of hours maintenance.

It is a 44 week length contract. Payment can be made as one or three instalments.
