My home is a 3 bedroom mid terrace property on a quite road in Broughton with on-street parking available. An approximate 20 mins walk to Manchester City centre, a 5 min walk to Peel Park, and less than a 10 min pleasant walk through the park to Salford University. It's a very quite residential area with no through traffic.

You will be living with myself and my dog (miniature dachshund) called George.

The double bedroom is fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of draws, double bed and two side units. The bedroom also has an TV aerial point. Also room has an en-suite bathroom - with toilet and shower.

There is also a downstairs WC.

The house has a garden to enjoy on the odd day of summer that we have here in Manchester.

Kitchen is fully fitted with a built in washing machine and dishwasher.

I’m an clean and tidy people and are looking to share with somebody who is also.

I’m a social guy, that enjoys nights out, as well as nights in. Occasionally have friends around for dinner or BBQs. However, should you be looking for a modern, chilled, friendly, warm and welcoming home, then it would be great to hear from you.
