You will stay in a large, luxurious bedroom. You will have a comfortable double bed, a study desk, a wardrobe and a chest of draws to put your clothes and belongings in. You will have your own en-suite, private bathroom. Additionally, you will have your own mini kitchen with a cooker and a fridge. I will also be able to provide you with a microwave and a mini oven if you need them.

The house is always kept clean and tidy. A cleaner comes fairly regularly.

The price of the monthly rent includes
1. Free, high-speed Broadband
2. Water, Council Tax, Electricity and Gas Bills are all included.

I work at home. I will be available to help you most of the time.

In the house, there are two small dogs called Anton and Archie.
Their movement is restricted to one room in the house, so if you do not like dogs you can easily avoid them.

Location: My house is very close to Heaton Park Tram Stop. And it only takes 15 minutes to get into central Manchester where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and cafes

My house is very close to Heaton Park. It is the biggest park in Manchester and the largest municipal park in Europe. It has a Grade I listed, 18th-century country house called Heaton Hall, playgrounds and a farm. It is home to the Manchester Beekeepers Association. Oasis and The Stone Roses have played concerts in the park. It also has the only flat bowling greens in Manchester - which were built for the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
