I'm moving to France so I am looking for someone to take my room in a friendly, social house share in Chorlton. Room available from mid-August, I'm flexible on the exact date.

The house is close to Font and Mary and Archies, 3 min walk to Tesco Express, 5 min walk to Firswood tram stop and a 7 min walk to Morrison’s and Chorlton tram stop.

Currently there is one couple and 2 individuals. Amelia works in TV, Helen is a photographer, Kya works for a magazine and David works in furniture making. We're all good friends and we like to chill in the garden with a bbq, do board games, have drinks, or watch films, documentaries. Helen and David also like to watch the football when it’s on.

The room had a double bed but it's coming with me so it will only have a single bed when you move in. There's a wardrobe and a set of drawers just outside of the room which gives you more space. The TV, the two lamps and the plants are also staying. I bought new furniture recently (a 4 cube storage unit, a 8 cube storage unit, a rug, a mirror and blackout curtains) which I can sell to you for a small price or take with me if you don't want it. You get a nice light all day long and the window gives on our garden.

There is a very spacious shared kitchen, with a table, washing machine and dishwasher, a big living room with two couches, bathroom with a bath and toilet, and we also have a garden as I said before, with a terrace to have bbqs! We're also going to welcome two baby kittens in the next few weeks which we're very excited about! There's a big loft/attic on the second floor of the house where you can store all your stuff if you have a lot of things :)

The rent is £270pcm plus bills - £20 for electricity, £27 for council tax, £6 for internet and £10 for water - so £63 in total.
