I’m Adam 30 year old professional lad.
I am currently here permanently, my flat mate is wanting to relocate so I have a spare room. The room is a small room but has a double bed and wardrobe and drawers in. You will have your own bathroom which is the main bathroom.

I am interested in sharing with other LGBT people but this isn’t essential.

I am clean and tidy and would like the same. I love socialising and a good night out, so a flat mate with same interests would be good. I don’t mind you having friends over but would like be respected with noise and times.

I am at work 4 days and don’t come home so you’d have the flat to yourself 4 days a week.

This flat has amazing views and is located across from Salford Central train station.

Rent is £575 each with bills at approx 197 each.
We currently rent car parking space for 150 a month so get £150 back which would be split between us both. If you wanted space then you’d pay me £75 for use.

575 deposit- this is not a sublet and the letting agency would conduct checks so you would have your own tenancy.
