Hello!

I have decided to make the move to London, managing the ad to make it easier for my flat mates aha!

Looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely house. I’ve lived here for three years and have really enjoyed it. Jess and Graeme the current house mates are both great to live with. We chill out often in evenings and often arrange nights out as a flat, also all have are own lives going on so not always in each other pockets. We enjoy a laugh and like that there is a home feel to the house.

The room had room for a desk and lots of storage space, it’s beautifully lit up by natural light and has a black out shutter which I will very much miss!

The room is £520, bills come to £150 and £560 for deposit.

There is a large private garden in the back and tram straight to city centre is 5 mins walk away.
