Single room, with a double bed available (usually) on a Monday to Friday basis in a lovely large house in Levenshulme, sharing with the owner and one other lodger.

We are 10 mins walk from Levenshulme Station, with trains into the city centre in around 7 mins - also plenty of buses.

This is a relaxed, quiet household, with two young cats and a large garden. I have a large kitchen/diner with a wood-burning stove and a separate living room..

Ideally this would suit a professional who is working in Manchester in the week, returning home at weekends. If you're interested in the room you're welcome to come and have a look and meet me.

I’d consider full time lets on a short-term basis (>3 months) although I would charge ~£400 for a full-time let.
